Ford Kuga Presented in Los Angeles

At the International Motor Show in Los Angeles, the US-based Ford launched the Ford Escape in society, a car that struck Europe early next year and will be sold on the continent as the Kuga. Then I say to all the details of this new car.
The Ford Kuga will be built at the factory as the brand in Almussafes (Valencia) and arrive in showrooms next year. Although based on the U.S. model, not only different in name but also vary in size, engines and equipment.
As we know there are mechanics in principle three engines: a 1.6 EcoBoost, a 2.0 and 2.5. The first two engines feature turbocharging and direct injection and the work associated with a shift six-speed automatic SelectShift specially calibrated.
In terms of equipment needs to be said that opening the tailgate features hands-free: just put one foot gently below the rear bumper to open (for which the driver must take the lead on it). He also parallel parking assistant that detects if the gap is sufficient to enter the car.
Note also the presence of BLIS blind spot that detects and warns the driver of the Curve Control and deceleration of the car when entering curves.
Finally I must say that the beginnings of a new all-wheel drive Kuga 4 wheel drive.
